Overview

A walk with a difference. We start by walking along the beautiful beach before we track inland to walk through the sand dunes and the Ainsdale National Nature Reserve, returning through peaceful woodland back to the cars. We will be stopping for lunch on or near the beach, so please bring a packed lunch, and don’t forget your walking boots. There will also be an opportunity to look for red squirrels at the end of the walk.

Meeting Point: Meet in the main car park near the beach.

Facilities: There are toilets but they are situated on the long driveway into the car park. You need to walk back from the car park to use them so allow yourself plenty of time if you wish to utilise them
