We will have 2 hours of instruction and the great thing about Pickleball is that everyone can be playing a competitive game within an hour.

Don't forget to bring your £10.00 for the session fee.

What is Pickleball?

Pickleball is a fun sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis. It is played on a court resembling a badminton court but with a smaller net and is suitable for players of all ages and skill levels. The game is played with a plastic ball and a paddle that is larger than those used in table tennis but smaller than a tennis racquet. The objective is to hit the ball over the net and into the opponents’ court with the aim of scoring points. Pickleball can be played in a singles or doubles format making it a fun and social activity for everyone.

It couldn’t be easier to have a go at Pickleball and discover for yourself just how much fun it is!

No special equipment is required, and any comfortable clothing is fine. Trainers / tennis shoes are recommended.

WATCH THIS SPACE: we are hoping to build on the attendance at these sessions and make pickleball a regular event.

Great value for money. I really enjoyed it, and I’m thinking of taking a pickle ball because it was so much fun, so much less difficult than tennis and Squash. Brilliant event!

Great event, really enjoyed it. It was nice to find a sport I can play even with my arthritics! Gill was a patient teacher.
