Badminton at Heywood
Overview
Spice Badminton at Heywood where everyone is welcome, regardless of ability, so it is particularly ideal for new members. If you don't have a racquet, please let us know at the time of booking so we can bring one along for you but shuttles will be provided. Don’t forget to bring along a drink to keep you going.
A member and new to badminton with Spice? If so, let the office know and we will book you on your first session for free. Just call or email us.
Location & Itinerary
Arrive no more than 5 minutes before the game is due to start and ask at reception for the Badminton courts and then meet on court at 8pm
Heywood Sports Centre is easily accessible from all directions being just a couple of miles from the motorway network. From M66 Junction 2, take the A58 Bury New Road towards Heywood. Stay on the A58 (goes into Bridge Street). Follow the one way street past Dunnes stores, at the roundabout turn left, go past Morrisons on the left hand side. Take the next turning left and the sports hall is on the right hand side. (Watch out for the speed cameras along the way)!
