Situated in the Winchester countryside, just three miles from the M3, Marwell Zoo is the perfect place to visit when looking for things to do in Hampshire. The 140-acre wildlife park is home to hundreds of animals, from endangered Amur tigers, snow leopards and white rhinos to giraffes, gibbons and penguins – you’re in for a wild time! You can also head into the sustainable Tropical House, and explore two levels of wildlife, where the cascading waterfall and warm climate is home to free-flying birds, a sloth and their apex predator, the crocodile monitor lizard.
