Tulip Fields : St Albans
Overview
Join us as we explore these beautiful tulip fields, set in the beautiful Hertfordshire countryside, which are a sight to behold. They will have over 100 different varieties of tulips, early, mid and late bloomers. At no point in the season is the field in full bloom. If you visit early, you’ll see the later varieties in bud, if you visit later in the season then you’ll see that the early varieties have lost their petals. We do plant lots of rows with mixes, that contain early, mid and late season, which helps to ensure the fields look fabulous through until we close for the season.
As you meander through the fields, you will be enveloped in a vibrant tapestry of colours, ranging from the deepest purples and blues to the most luminous yellows and reds.
Each variety of tulip adds its own unique charm and character to the landscape, creating a mesmerising visual feast. These fields are not just a treat for the eyes but also offer a peaceful escape into nature, where the beauty of these flowers can be truly appreciated.
