Hickory's Road Trips: In order to replicate the authentic tastes of the Southern world, Hickory's have embarked on many journeys of discovery. From Memphis to Mississippi and Austin to Atlanta; they have explored the barbecue geography of the deep South, which is just about as rich and varied as the people themselves. On every trip they manage to discover something new and come back bursting with ideas and inspiration.
They challenge the chefs, to make their dishes work well with only the most interesting and authentic dishes making the cut. Every year they scour the backroads & highways from Missouri to Mississippi in the name of new recipes to take home! They’re now roughly up to 18 trips to over 70 towns & cities across the states & counting…
The first Hickory’s Smokehouse opened in 2010 in Chester, a year to the day after the first road trip & they’ve been welcoming guests ever since.

Location & Itinerary
To secure your booking, please simply follow the link and pay the nominal amount to book. We will send you a Google Form closer to the time for you to pre-order your food choices in advance. Your Spice record will then be updated with the actual cost of your meal and (where necessary) a service charge, for you to pay online or over the phone
