We will have a private guided tour of Cathedral Close at Erasmus Darwin House.
Our guide will give us information and tell us stories about the buildings in the close , in particular their historical significance during the English Civil War.
The tour will last for around 90 minutes.
Following our tour we can find somewhere to have a cuppa.

Erasmus Darwin House is located in Beacon Street, on the edge of the Cathedral Close, and a few minutes’ walk from the centre of Lichfield. Our postcode is WS13 7AD.
From Beacon Street, go through the green gates on the right-hand side of the House.
From the Cathedral Close, go through the passageway opposite the west end of the Cathedral and then through the herb garden. The entrance is in the garden at the rear of the House.
There is a Pay and Display car park on Beacon Street, directly opposite the House.
