Mid-Week Walk: Tatton Park
Overview
An easy walk exploring one of England’s finest historic estates, passing by both the Old Hall, and its replacement which superseded it. It is set in beautiful parkland with lakes, tree-lined avenues and herds of red and fallow deer. We will be having a picnic within the grounds of the estate, so please bring refreshments, and, as ever, please bring your walking boots.

Grade 5: 6 1/2 Miles - please refer to the Ramble Grading page HERE which also gives you a list of recommended items to bring with you.
Directions: From Mcr get onto the A50 going into Knutsford. Just after the Curzon Cinema on your left there are traffic lights. Turn left here onto the A537. After 0.1 mile turn left again at the sharp bend at the bottom of the hill into King Street. After another 0.1 mile turn right immediately after La Boutique D’Or on the right into the Car Park. Postcode WA16 6DZ for SatNav. If you go past this turn all is not lost, but you will have to circle back round the one way system.
