Sunday Walk: Park Bridge and Daisy Nook
Overview
Join us for a relatively gentle walk with occasional inclines thrown in on this updated walk around the Daisy Nook Trail & Park Bridge Heritage Centre. We start at the Park Bridge Heritage Centre, which is the site of the Park Bridge Ironworks an early settlement and we then make our way up the hill around the attractive Daisy Nook Country park and loop back taking in the varied landscape and wildlife.
We take in well formed paths, woodland and tracks on this walk, it can be a bit wet underfoot so gaiters/waterproof pants might be a good idea.
